COVID-19 UPDATE:
ACAS 2023 IS ON!

We have always said we are committed to only holding ACAS as a physical event at a time when it is safe to do so and that we can all be together. The health and safety of our members and sponsors has always been our main priority.
We sent a poll out late last week and appreciate everyone who took the time to provide feedback. Based on the results below we have made the difficult decision to postpone ACAS2022 until February 16th - 18th February 2023 (Thursday 16th pre-symposium workshops, 17th-18th symposium). This date change was not taken lightly and was made after many committee meetings and lengthy conversations.

Although the results were close between April 2022 and early 2023, the current climate is unpredictable, and even though we are hopeful by April to see the situation stabilize and confidence in attending bigger events to return, we decided that the current climate does not do our event justice.
In truth, to have to reschedule again - we are gutted. It is two years of very hard work, coordination and organisation that is wiped out. But our whole committee is galvanised and in fact have a renewed energy and determination to make ACAS2023 our best event yet! The work has already started.
The ACAS brand is not just to try and hold an event. Our brand and our way is to hold the VERY BEST event that leaves everyone in attendance raving for many months after and those who didn’t come to look and be sure to attend the next one.

Tickets will be automatically rolled over to 2023. As a thank you for your support, once a month starting from February, we will send you one recording of a lecture that was going to be presented at the ACAS2022 symposium.
If you are in a position to keep your ticket funds with us, and think you will come to ACAS2023 - we kindly ask that you do this as it will go a long way to help our society get through this difficult period. In saying this, if you are not in a position to do so, we completely understand and will happily offer a refund.
Please be aware that if you purchased a ticket and membership, only the fee of the ticket will be refunded (memberships are non-refundable). Ticket prices will increase closer to the event, so if you do wish to repurchase your ticket closer to the event please be mindful it will be at the price advertised at the time and not the price you were refunded at.
All refunds will be completed within 6-8 weeks (from 18/01/22) once we have a final list of those who want a refund/unable to attend ACAS202.
If you purchased your ticket prior to 18/01/22 and are unable to attend 2023 please let us know prior to 30/04/22 as this will be the final date for refunds.
